Day-by-Day Itinerary
Cochin - Arrival & Sightseeing
On arrival at Cochin Airport/Railway station, you will be transferred to your already booked hotel in Cochin. The main tourist attractions in Cochin include historical churches and monuments in Fort Kochi and Mattancherry. Afternoon proceed to Cochin sightseeing: The Jewish Synagogue in Kochi is the oldest of its kind in the Commonwealth of Nations. Evening back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Cochin to Munnar - Transfer & Sightseeing
After breakfast, checkout from hotel/resort and drive to Munnar, a hill station located in the Idukki district of Kerala. Munnar is popular among nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, honeymooners, adventure seekers and all types of travelers. Enroute, view Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls. On arrival at Munnar, check into hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Munnar - Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing: Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo Point. Tea factory and plantation visit. Afternoon visit Rajamalai Eravikulam National Park, where the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Evening back to resort. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Munnar to Thekkady - Transfer & Sightseeing
After breakfast from hotel/resort, check out and drive to Thekkady. A scenic journey past mist-capped mountains, spice plantations, and open grasslands lined with spectacular waterfalls & trekking trails leads you to Thekkady. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Refresh and proceed for Thekkady sightseeing: boat safari on the Periyar Lake gives a lifetime chance to spot exotic wildlife in its natural habitat. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Thekkady - Second Day Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing at Thekkady: Spice Garden Visit, Elephant Ride, Jeep Safari (optional cost), and shopping at the spice market in Thekkady. Evening back to resort. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Thekkady to Kovalam - Transfer & Sightseeing
After breakfast, checkout from hotel/resort and drive to Kovalam. On arrival, check in to your already booked hotel. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches, popular since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory creates a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Kovalam - Kanyakumari Day Visit
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Kanyakumari. Enroute visit Padmanabhapuram Palace. At Kanyakumari, visit Kanyakumari Devi Temple, Triveni Sangam, Gandhi Museum, and take a boat ride to Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Enjoy spectacular sunset views. Return to Kovalam by late evening. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Kovalam - Trivandrum Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for Trivandrum city tour: Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum, and Sree Chitra Art Gallery. Evening free to explore Kovalam beaches. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Kovalam to Alleppey - Transfer & Sightseeing
After breakfast, checkout and drive to Alleppey. Check in to your hotel. Alleppey is famous for its azure backwaters and houseboat cruises. Enjoy boating at Vembanad Lake and visit Alappuzha Beach for sunset views. Evening back to resort. Overnight stay at Alleppey.
Alleppey to Cochin - Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Cochin Airport / Railway Station (depending on departure place) for your onward journey, carrying with you memories of God’s Own Country.
